Deliveries and Returns

We currently offer three delivery options within the UK and two delivery options for mainland Europe, USA/Canada and the Rest of World. Delivery times and rates depend on the delivery option selected as well as your location. Prior to selecting a delivery option please read the following information.

All delivery methods excluding UK Standard delivery require a signature upon delivery. Please take this into consideration when selecting a delivery method and delivery address.

The cost of delivery is per order, not per item therefore a larger order will still cost the same as an order for a single item.

Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes that will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel along with any costs for customs clearance.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Aramex Addresses due to security reasons. We do deliver to BFPO addresses within our delivery time timescales, however onward shipment is under the control of the BFPO mailing system. If we experience delays to our advertised delivery times we will update this information page with up to date information.

UK

We aim to deliver to the timescales outlined below.

UK Standard delivery

£3.95 (4-6 working days after receipt of order) This is the UK standard delivery option.

UK Premium delivery

£6.95 (2-3 working days after receipt of order) Our UK premium deliveries are sent via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

UK Next working day delivery

£9.95 Order before midday for delivery the next working day to anywhere in mainland UK. (Excludes weekends and both Scottish and English bank holidays) Sorry it’s not later, but we’re in Scotland so the couriers pick up early.

 

INTERNATIONAL

We aim to deliver to the timescales outlined below.

EUROPE Standard delivery

€5.00 (4-6 working days after receipt of order)

EUROPE Premium delivery

€15.00 (3-4 working days after receipt of order)

Our European standard and premium deliveries are sent via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

USA/CANADA Standard delivery

US$7.00 (6-11 working days after receipt of order)

USA/CANADA Premium delivery

US$15.00 (4-6 working days after receipt of order)

Our USA/CANADA standard and premium deliveries are sent via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

ROW Standard delivery

£10.00 (6-11 working days after receipt of order)

ROW Premium delivery

£25.00 (4-6 working days after receipt of order)

Our Rest of World standard and premium deliveries are sent via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

 

Returns

In the rare instance that you want to return an item, here's how: 

Exchanging for different sizes/colours

1.    Please return the item(s) back to us using the pre-printed returns label attached to the returns note which is included in your package.

2.    Please state on the returns document the size/colour of the replacement you require.

3.    When we receive the item(s) to be exchanged we will attempt to process them within 3-5 working days and send them free of charge.

Exchange for different items

Unfortunately we can only exchange a garment for one of the same price. If you would like a different product that is of lesser/more value please send the garment back requesting a refund and place a new order online.

Returning item(s) for a refund

Please return your unwanted item/s back to us using the returns label provided. On receipt of the item we will process your refund, usually within 3 working days.

For all returns please note:

•    All returned items must be received by us within 21 days of receipt of your order.

•    A refund/exchange will only be provided upon receipt of the returned goods received in the same condition as they were sent. This will appear on your statement within 30 days.

•    All returns/exchanges should be sent to the below address:

•    If we can't send your requested replacement item, someone will contact you to discuss your options

•    In the event of returning your purchase for a refund, the delivery cost you originally paid is non-refundable unless we have sent you an incorrect or defective item.

•    We will refund the card that was used when you placed your order. If we can't do this (i.e. your card has been cancelled or expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address.

•    The customer will be liable for the payment of the postage charge in the event of the return of a non-faulty garment(s).

•    Please see section 5 of the Terms and conditions of sale and website use for details of your right of cancellation

These provisions in relation to returns and refunds do not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods or your right of cancellation.
