Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift vouchers:
- Expire 12 months from the date of issue of the voucher (where the applicable law permits), which can be found in your account on the Lyle & Scott website; Can only be redeemed at the Lyle & Scott website at www.lyleandscott.com;
- Will be sent by email to the recipient at the email address provided by you. By providing such details you are confirming that the email address provided is valid and that the recipient consents to receive such emails. Please note that Lyle & Scott cannot guarantee the safe receipt of any such email. It is advised that you contact the recipient to confirm safe receipt. If the recipient has a spam filter, it is possible that the email will not appear in their inbox. If the gift voucher has not been received within 24 hours of purchase, please contact Lyle & Scott by email on ecommerce@lyleandscott.com ;
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or be transferred or assigned; and
- Can be used in part payment of goods, with the balance payable by credit or debit card.
- Any change or refunds for goods purchased with the vouchers will be given in gift vouchers, the expiry date for which will be 12 months from the date of issue of the original voucher.
- The Lyle & Scott terms and conditions of sale will apply to purchases made using gift vouchers. You have the right to cancel the gift vouchers in accordance with clause 5 of the terms and conditions of sale provided that at the point that the notice of cancellation is received by Lyle & Scott the voucher has not been redeemed. In the event that you do cancel the gift voucher, please inform the recipient.
- Vouchers will be issued in the currency applicable to the country in which the customer purchasing the voucher resides. Vouchers can only be redeemed in the currency in which they are purchased.
