This is the Lyle and Scott winning jumper from Campaign for Wool's 'Wool School': a collaboration between fashion brands and universities. We partnered with Herriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and set students on their esteemed Fashion Design course a brief based on Lyle and Scott's long history of knitwear innovation. We chose Claire Hunter's striking design, particularly admiring her clever use of fine striped panels, and the extra details like the chest pocket and inset neck v. Made in 100% lambswool sourced from 200 year old yarn spinners Hinchliffe, this piece is produced in limited numbers by our factory in Hawick, Scotland.
