Thank you for your committed support through the many challenges the past twelve months have thrown at us all.
With great sadness, we have once again had to close our UK and NL retail stores in line with government regulations; they’ll be staying closed until the guidelines are updated.
But not all is lost: we’re still fully operational online. That means you can shop through our own website and through our partnered marketplaces across the globe. We’re still shipping to every country on our delivery list but there may be a 24-48 hour delay on some delivery times stated, so please do bare this in mind before getting in touch with our service team!
We’ve got an added bonus for our EU customers too: all orders to the EU will ship from our warehouse in Belgium, so they won’t be subject to import duties.
Plus, our 100-day return window isn’t going anywhere. We all have a lot going on right now, so it might take you a little longer to make that all-important decision; take your time.
