We have an exciting opportunity for an International Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic Vintage Sales Team. We are fast moving with huge aspirations, do you think you are up for a challenge?

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our Lifestyle Apparel, Footwear and Accessories business forward, further contributing to the growth and creation of a truly global brand. You will be responsible for controlling multiple International territories as well as introducing new markets to the business.

Experience in managing agents and distributors is preferred but not essential, but a proven track record in exceptional account management is a must. This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to be part of rapidly expanding company within the fashion industry.

As a licensing Manager we want you to have the passion in creating, building and maintaining the L&S licence business in line with our 5 year plan and engage partners to the great “Lyle & Scott DNA” that works in cooperation with L&S’s existing global business and widely appeals to the many different distribution segments available within the licenced business globally.

Lyle & Scott has a legacy of 35 years licensing business and is looking to continually expand into product lines it doesn’t currently have the ‘inhouse’ capability to potentialize. We would want you to lead on the key account management, working directly with existing partners, key accounts and maintain a network which allows for L&S to be presented at it’s best all the time.

We want you to be confident to have a voice of authority on the adherence of brand guidelines and L&S internal licenced process, maintaining a strong grasp on product and financial elements of all licensed L&S business.

It will be essential for you to have expertise in developing, launching and maintaining licenses or new business as well as expertise in negotiating and agreeing licenced agreements.

We have an exciting role to join our growing Retail team as our Retail Manager. Retail is a growing revenue stream for us as a Brand and we want this new role to help facilitate our expanding portfolio.

As our Retail Manager you will have full accountability and responsibility for driving performance verses budget optimising all retail stores operationally via exceptional stock management, staffing, leadership and visual display within all retail channels always. The role will require a high level of leadership, training and communication between the wider retail team and supporting functions to drive trade performance and grow the department.

Accountabilities Summary:

  • Drive retail KPI’s and stores operational performance to budget at all times.
  • Produce new tools for the business which improve business and departmental performance; identifying and undertaking projects to support retail stores and improve trading efficiency
  • Develop and motivate the Retail Operations team through regular reviews, coaching and appraisals
  • Continuously drive a consistent selling and commercial culture, whilst ensuring operational efficiency and compliance
  • Manage the loss prevention function, ensuring legislative compliance at all times
  • Administer the retail stores payroll and provide front line HR assistance to store management teams.
  • Ensure comprehensive and effective communication to all stores at all times
  • Ensure the Operations Manual, Best Practices and all Store Policies & Procedures are consistent, accurate and kept up to date
  • Ensure all stores are compliant with Company Operational Policies, inclusive of Health & Safety Procedures
  • Be a leader and mentor setting a positive example to the wider retail team at all times.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Front-End Web Developer to join our eCommerce team here at Lyle & Scott. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping Lyle & Scott to take our ecommerce website to the next level. They will be working closely with our Lead Web Developer to deliver weekly homepage updates as well as working with our design team to build campaign landing pages and promotional emails. They will be responsible for writing clean and reusable HTML/CSS markup and efficient jQuery. Experience in ecommerce would be preferred but not essential but attention to detail with a can do attitude is a must.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create amazing user experiences for our ecommerce website.
  • Weekly homepage updates
  • Working with our design team to bring to life campaign landing pages
  • Create clean HTML/CSS mark-up and efficient JavaScript/JQuery.
  • Collaborate with other team members.
  • Email Marketing (Bronto) • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, primarily jQuery
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (Wordpress/Drupal)
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around
  • Good attention for detail
  • Understanding of Responsive web design
  • Team player and willingness to support the wider team
  • Self-motivated, confident and assertive
  • Photoshop and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
  • A good grasp of UX
  • Be knowledgeable and aware of new digital trends
