The Lyle & Scott retail business is a key element of our future and we are looking to onboard a Marketing Executive to create a retail footprint globally.

As Marketing Executive, you will develop and oversee marketing campaigns in our retail business, while aligning with the wider marketing strategy. The responsibilities are, but not limited to, the creation and execution of sales strategies to target our key consumers and promote products & services in our retail channel. You should be able to support your campaigns with analytics and presentations that align with Lyle & Scott values. There will be a level of digital marketing that is required.

A cookie cutter cannot be used to tackle retail marketing successfully and we are looking for an individual who is bright, creative and ready to take it to the next level. You must be a team player and willing to cross boundaries within the business and utilize feedback to ensure success! An exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join the team at Lyle & Scott has just LAUNCHED and we want you to apply! Come and embed yourself in our brand to be inspired and create exciting new campaigns for our thriving Menswear Brand.

We need someone who can create engaging visual concepts, by hand or digitally, to communicate with new and existing customers in a captivating and inspiring way. Experience with Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign is desirable and would put you in good stead on your new adventure with Lyle & Scott.

You will develop the overall layout and production design for above the line marketing campaigns online and in our retail business, with the support of our Junior Graphic Designer.

A Marketing Manager is required to manage and develop campaigns, along-side our sales team, for our Wholesale business. This will include working closely with our partners to increase sales revenue, drive new business and strengthening the perception they hold of our brand & marketing - building relationships and bringing them along for the ride. You will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy with the brand values and company objectives as your focus.

Understanding our brand, exceptional culture and working collaboratively within our business will be key for you to strengthen our marketing campaigns, being prepared to set things straight when it heads in the wrong direction and ensure that people remember who we are and what we stand for. We have an exciting opportunity for an International Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic Vintage Sales Team. We are fast moving with huge aspirations, do you think you are up for a challenge?

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our Lifestyle Apparel, Footwear and Accessories business forward, further contributing to the growth and creation of a truly global brand. You will be responsible for controlling multiple International territories as well as introducing new markets to the business.

Experience in managing agents and distributors is preferred but not essential, but a proven track record in exceptional account management is a must. This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to be part of rapidly expanding company within the fashion industry.

Accountabilities Summary:
  • Account management with responsibility for strategic account plans and execution, business terms and performance reviews, the selling process and gross-to-net management

The purpose of this role is to support in the production of financial information for wider business analysis and support financial control to ensure the day to day operations of the Finance team are effective and appropriate to meet the business needs for all information users. To assist in the timely preparation of financial information to allow the Finance team to delight the business and provide quick considered responses on all matters. Management of budgetary process and providing analysis against budget in support of the business partnering objective. To drive the team forward on best practice of both operational activities and control environment to assist the achievement of the team goal of a "world class finance function".

To ensure that good practice is maintained throughout the team and to ensure that all regulatory information is submitted in a timely manner in adherence to deadlines. To provide support to the Management Accountant and Finance & Innovation Director in achieving the team objectives and undertaking ad hoc work as required.

Commercial/Financial
  • To assist in developing a world class finance function, fully operational and delivering at all times.
  • Support accountability and responsibility for the directorate budgets, ensuring that headcount and flexible spend deliver against budget
  • Support preparation of the financial ledgers to Trial Balance level, ensuring that good practice is undertaken and reconciliations of each cycle are performed and accurate.
  • Support preparation of the monthly board reporting pack in a timely manner and identification & understanding of material variances and developing trends.
  • Preparation of detailed analytical work to ensure that the Director of Finance and Directorates are versed in the activities within each area to improve understanding of the wider business.
  • Support on the annual budget for review and maintenance of the planned re-forecasts during the year.
  • Provide overview function to the financial cycles to ensure the correct level of "checks and balances" are in place, operational and effective.
  • Work with Directorates to ensure that our maximum long term "financial effectiveness" is achieved.
  • Any adhoc tasks as required by the Director of Finance.
Systems Development/Delivery
  • Automate (Financial) systems to manage and influence the business towards becoming a better partner to its customers, suppliers, employees, business partners and stakeholders.
  • Escalate/manage (Financial) systems so that (Financial) issues and risks that will impact the business are easily highlighted to the Director of Finance.
  • Ensure that the Finance team are as one with IT and systems as a matter of course and continuously use your system skills to maximise efficiencies and quality/timeliness of information.
Regulatory Work
  • Undertaking all regulatory work of the department including quarterly VAT return submissions and monthly EC sales list and Intrastat returns.
  • Manage the submission of foreign country VAT return submissions by ensuring the information is passed in a timely manner and that the payments are accurately recorded on the financial ledgers

As a Credit Controller in Lyle & Scott you will be accountable for the day to day running of the accounts receivable department, which is a leading partner and pillar of support to the business.
