Wear it Your Way DC3
For DC3, the journey has never been a straight line. “My music journey is like a rollercoaster. Just different things happening and different turns that are being taken, yeah,” he says, his words carrying both the weight of experience and the excitement of someone still hungry for what’s next. That mix of unpredictability and persistence runs through his style, his work, and the way he sees success.
His aesthetic pulls from an old school mindset, one that values authenticity over polish. “I like old school stuff. Things that don't look too neat, you know what I mean? Just that look, yeah, it looks nice, but you can also see it was put together last minute, but it still looks good,” he explains. It is an approach rooted in instinct and resourcefulness, the kind of creative decision-making that feels lived-in rather than overplanned.
DC3’s connection to Lyle & Scott is not a recent thing. “It's just something I've always been familiar with, like I just knew the brand,” he says. The memories run deep, back to a time before his career started, when owning a piece felt out of reach. “I remember there was even a time when I wanted a jacket when I was young, and I couldn't get it. I used to live in Huddersfield, and we went to Leeds or something, somewhere near there, and I couldn’t get it, and it hurt me so bad.” That moment, once a disappointment, has become a quiet marker of progress. Now, wearing the brand feels like a full-circle moment, a reminder of how far he has come.
For him, the real victory is not a single achievement but the lived experience of pushing through challenges, keeping momentum, and trusting the process even when it bends in unexpected ways.
On set, DC3 moves with an ease that comes from being comfortable in his lane. The styling blends utility with attitude, camo and tailoring, heritage and edge. It is not about chasing trends but about wearing clothes in a way that feels natural to him. Just like his music, it is a combination of past and present, grit and style, never too perfect but always perfectly him.
