These Terms and Conditions apply to Lyle & Scott’s Kits for Clubs campaign. Kits for Clubs allows grassroots Football Clubs and Football Teams to apply directly to Lyle & Scott to supply the applicant’s team(s) with Football Kits (Football Shirt, Football Shorts and Football Socks).

An application can be made from 18th July 2023


The Kits for Club application process is open to all grassroots Football Clubs and Football Teams Applicants must be aged 18 or over, with a recognised delivery address. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not prohibit applications in respect of Football Kits for junior or youth Football Teams

You warrant that you have full authority and power to make the application. Should the application be accepted by Lyle & Scott a binding contract is formed. By submitting the application you confirm that you are eligible to do so. Lyle & Scott may require you to provide proof of your eligibility.

By proceeding with access to the Site you are deemed to have accepted our Lyle & Scott Limited Website Terms of Use https://www.lyleandscott.com/pages/terms-conditions and our Privacy Policy https://www.lyleandscott.com/pages/privacy, which apply to your use of the Site. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms you should leave the Site now.

You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you during the application process. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is accurate, up-to-date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive.

Unqualified applications or multiple applications for the same Football Team will be disregarded. Lyle & Scott reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, withdraw, vary or amend the Kits for Clubs Campaign or the Kids for Club Application Process, if, at the sole discretion of Lyle & Scott, it is necessary to do so.

Applications must be made on the on-line Application Form provided by Lyle & Scott Limited. Internet access if required to submit your application. The Application is irrevocable once submitted.

Lyle & Scott Limited reserves the right to reject any Application Form.

Please review the Lyle & Scott Affiliate Agreement. Should your application be accepted by Lyle & Scott it will form a binding contract with Lyle & Scott on the terms set out in the Lyle & Scott Affiliate Agreement. You will be asked to confirm that you agree to the terms of the Affiliate Agreement before submitting you application. A binding contract will only come into effect when written confirmation (sent by email or otherwise) of acceptance of your application is sent by Lyle & Scott Limited to you.

You must not under any circumstances seek to undermine the security of the Site, the application process, or any information submitted to or available through it. In particular, but without limitation, you must not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorised access, seek to overload the system via spamming or flooding, take any action or use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of this Site or application process, or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information comprised in the Site or application process.

Lyle & Scott will not accept responsibility for applications that are incomplete, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or proof of posting or transmission as proof of an application.

You do not have to pay to submit an application for Kits for Clubs. If your application for Kits for Clubs is accepted by Lyle & Scott Limited you will become a Lyle & Scott Affiliate. Lyle & Scott will supply football kits free of charge to its Affiliates, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Lyle & Scott Affiliate Agreement.

At its sole discretion Lyle & Scott reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, withdraw, vary or amend the Kits for Club campaign and/or application process when, at the sole discretion of Lyle & Scott, it is necessary to do so.

We will use any personal data only in accordance with these terms and conditions, to process your application, to contact you about your application, our Privacy Policy https://www.lyleandscott.com/pages/privacy and should you application be accepted by Lyle & Scott, the Affiliate Agreement.

You will retain ownership of all intellectual property rights (including copyright) in your application, but you agree to grant us a licence to use it for the duration of the relevant intellectual property right for the purpose of promotion and marketing, and for any other purpose connected to this Kits for Clubs campaign.

You confirm that your application is not defamatory, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, distasteful, pornographic or illegal; can be submitted to us and used without breaching any contractual obligation to any person; and does not contain anything which may be confidential or commercially sensitive.

While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, we will not be legally responsible to an applicant for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of submission of the application or which are caused by a third party.

By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please see https://www.lyleandscott.com/pages/kits-for-clubs-terms for a copy of these prize draw Terms and Conditions.

The Kits for Clubs Affiliate Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of the same shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country, and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The applicant agrees that Lyle & Scott may, as part of the application process, use third party data processors namely Typeform, Zapier, Klaviyo in order that the data provided to Lyle & Scott in the application process can be presented in a manner which would ultimately allow for customisation of the Football kits.
